Shipping

• studio koekie ships worldwide. We will process and ship your order within 1-3 days upon receival of your order. 
• Upon check-out you can choose from different carriers. Depending on the country and selected carrier, delivery times may vary. 
• If you wish to order outside the referenced shipping areas, please contact us at info@studiokoekie.com.
• As soon as your items are shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Returns

• You can always return an item, provided you do so within 14 days after receiving your order. You will be fully reimbursed as soon as the items are successfully returned. 
• For returning products we request you to report your return via our return portal.
• Shipping costs for returned products are the customer's responsibility.
• Underwear and hair products may not be returned for hygienic reasons
• Please keep in mind the following before returning your items:
  - The product has not been used, worn or washed and is not defect
  - All returned items must have the original hangtags attached
• We cannot be held accountable for any products lost in transit, therefor we recommend you to send back items with a track and trace option.
